Abstract

The one-pot reaction of alkynes, aldehydes, and secondary amines in the presence of CuBr/quinap as the catalytic system provides various enantiomerically enriched propargylamines in good yields (up to 99%) and good selectivities (up to 96% ee) [Eq. (1)].
