Abstract

Current internet security research seems to lack conceptualizations of internet security. This paper seeks to conceptualize internet security governance by utilizing previous works in the fields of security studies, policing studies and social security policy analysis. Furthermore, the paper aims at creating a heuristic framework for analyzing the empirics of internet security governance.
