SULLA TERAPIA CHIRURGICA DELLE STENOSI URETERALI TUBERCOLARI

Abstract

A rare case of isolated stenosis of the iliac section of the ureter during renal tuberculosis was successfully treated with terminoterminal ureteroureterostomy performed to reestablish continuity of escretory tract. The aims, indications and different techniques and results obtained with terminoterminal ureteroureterostomy are described. Only a perfect technique may overcome difficulties encountered in execution of this operation.
