Abstract

The work carried out a systematic analysis of the problems of a smart university and minimizing risks in the transition to a digital society. The university is seen as a developing entity with certain systemic risks. In the work, these risks were classified. The system-synergistic aspects of evolution of university infrastructure are considered. Examples are given to illustrate system processes. The financial sustainability of the university is considered one of the main conditions for the evolution of the university. Along with abstract-algebraic and theoretical-multiple analysis, simple models and risk assessment procedures are also used, which can be practically used in situational modeling.
