Abstract

Internet as a media for transmitting information requires higher reading skills from the user than information presented on paper. Therefor it is a great need of easy-to-read information on web sites in order to make the internet accessible for people with reading problems. For the web-information to be accessible, it must be easy to find, the web site easy to navigate and the text must be readable and understandable. The information should be in easy-to-read language and presented in a separate web-room. © 2010 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
