The recent outbreak of mad cow disease, foot-and-mouth disease, avian influenza, etc. has increased the importance of livestock disease control. For effective livestock disease control, there is a need for smart management plan through the digitalization of the entire process from prevention and forecasting to diagnosis, control and post-management. This thesis proposes an application for effectively managing livestock disease prevention. The application minimizes contagious diseases that could occur through people and vehicles through mobile and allow the back tracking and swift protective measures when problems occur. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
