Estruturas de Oportunidade Legal dos movimentos anti-barragens no Pará / Structures of legal opportunity of the social movements against dams in Pará

Abstract

The social movement's access to the national and international courts have been turning possible the contetion front of construction of three hydroelectric plants in Para State–Tucurui (1976-1984), Belo Monte (20112016) and Sao Luiz do Tapajos (2016-2020). From the concept of structures of legal opportunity it is possible to point out advances and restrictions found in the face of the economic model by the Brazilian State to Amazon-Para. O acesso dos movimentos sociais as cortes nacionais e internacionais tem possiblitado a contestacao da construcao de tres usinas hidreletricas no Estado do Para–Tucurui (1976-1984), Belo Monte (2011-2016) e Sao Luiz do Tapajos (2016-2020). A partir do conceito de estruturas de oportunidade legal e possivel apontar avancos e restricoes encontrados diante o modelo economico pensado pelo Estado brasileiro para a Amazonia paraense.
