This study provides a demographic and psychographic profile of the Sunday shopper. Cluster analysis indicates that Sunday shoppers can be segmented into distinct groups with particular product needs and requiring different marketing strategies. While there are some similarities between Sunday and weekday shoppers, Sunday shopping does have special appeal to certain shopper types.
