Digital Marketing is the most efficient way to market a product/service in the modern era. The most crucial constituent of digital marketing is social media, and it is used by half of the world. People use it to share content in text, images, videos, and live streams. Major social media platforms are Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. In recent times, social media platforms put regulations on using their platforms regarding sharing content related to violence-inciting, spreading nudity, sexual harassment, etc. This research has discussed these social media regulations and their effects on digital marketing by performing a questionnaire-based survey by leading digital marketing firms.
