Abstract

A 52-year-old man was referred to physical therapy for treatment of right-sided neck pain. His symptoms were chronic for years but worsened after his left rotator cuff repair 9 weeks prior. Due to concern for cervical radiculopathy, the physical therapist requested magnetic resonance imaging, which identified multilevel nerve root impingement.
