Abstract

Selectivity, sensitivity, anti-interference ability, recyclability and rapid response are the main concerns for an analytical method. Herein, we reported a coordination polymer sensor ratiometric fluorescence detection strategy for lamotrigine (LTG). The coordination polymer was prepared with 2-(triazol-1-yl) isonicotinic acid and Tb3+ ions as a metal node, namely [Tb(L)3(H2O)]n (HL = 2-(triazol-1-yl) isonicotinic acid), denoted as CP-1. Ratio sensing shows a self-calibration effect, reducing the impact of the background. Under 2D decoded map with ratio fluorescence, various substances in blood are distinguished. Luminescence studies demonstrated that CP-1 can rapidly detect LTG with excellent sensitivity, visual detection selectivity and high recyclability. The limit of detection (LOD) is 0.02958 μM, which is regarded as the excellent luminescent sensor for detecting LTG. According to the investigation, there are few studies on detection of LTG by fluorescence spectrometry. The synthesis strategy of single coordination polymer with multiple emission provides a promising strategy for developing simple and effective ratio sensors.
