Abstract

Because of the impellent of the world economic integration, China's enterprises are facing with intense competition which comes from both domestic and abroad. Technological innovation capability becomes the key factor for enterprises to survive and develop. This paper researchs enterprise technological innovation capability which with linguistic information of attribute values and completely unknown information of attribute weights. It determines the weights based on measuring the ambiguity of evaluation protocols, in order to measure and evaluate each enterprise scientifically and systematically. An example verifies this method is a scientific and functional one. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
