Abstract

Gynecomastia surgeries have continued to evolve, but treating massive and excess skin male breasts with minimal incisional scarring is still challenging. The classification of gynecomastia is discussed. The criteria adopted for patient selection were: Breast ptosis, massive gynecomastia, and skin excess. The technique is described including postoperative care and possible complications.
