Abstract

The article focuses on issue related to Ebola virus and the development of a vaccine for treatment. Topics discussed include vaccine rhetorically that reframes the disease it works to prevent; multiple perspectives of scholars beyond the discipline to explore, discuss and research further; risk perception and data visualizations in the Ebola outbreak; and role of economic, political, and social conditions in the spread of disease.
