Abstract

The article describes measures to improve the organization's activities by developing value stream maps as a basis for building lean production. Evidence is provided that the construction of a value stream map is a tool that has significant advantages over other similar tools for describing processes, with which it is possible to describe in detail how the organization should work in order to create a continuous flow.
