Abstract

In order to combine the demand of people’s quality and safety of aquatic products and the practical needs of the enterprise, in this paper, taken one of the aquaculture farms and processing plants as a pilot exercise, the internationally used GS1 traceability standard is researched, the one-dimensional barcode GS1 Databar and two-dimensional barcode QR Code are chosen as the traceability information carrier. Set the links of the aquatic product breeding phase and processing phase as the main line, a full traceability pattern, both horizontally and vertically, is built in this paper. Databar GS1 and Code QR are used in the process of aquatic product breeding and processing, and the application of the barcode printing service technology and the bar code automatic generation printing service technology in the aquatic product traceability system is verified to achieve the real-time synchronization of the bar code in the process of aquatic production and processing, and ensure the authenticity and safety of the relevant information.
