Abstract

This chapter presents a brief overview of the issues involved in the production and implementation of full color modular LED displays for large-area display and signage applications. The technical issues related to achieving large-area uniformity and visual quality are discussed in terms of the practical device selection, driving, and system implementation factors that should be considered.
