Managing technological change for inclusive growth

Abstract

This article addresses a likely coming era of major technological disruption, and proposes that change could be best managed, and inclusive growth better achieved, by policies which include promoting effective partnership forums, social protection, decent working conditions, labour regulatory frameworks and active labour market initiatives.
