Abstract

The objective of this research is to generate a methodological guide to use data mining in the National Transparency Platform, specifically in the Transparency Obligations Portal System. This is important because obtaining reliable and public data is essential to understand the social reality. For this, the model identified by the acronym SEMMA appropriate to the National Transparency Platform was used, generating five steps for data migration and analysis. Finally, the limitations related to the fact that the guide is designed for a system of the four systems that make up the National Transparency Platform, and future lines of research are disaggregated.
