Abstract

Confucianism existed in the culture thousands of years ago, but it played an important role in China’s economy, politics and culture from beginning to end. At the same time, China’s corporate management practices are also deeply affected. These ideas are deeply rooted in our lives and play an extremely important role. The article first expounds the significance brought by the development of Confucianism, and finally expounds how Confucianism combines with modern management. In view of the current phenomenon of enterprise management, the management problems discovered by it are becoming more and more obvious. What we do is not to consider how to easily change the phenomenon on the surface, but to consider the problems arising from cultural sources.
