In order to achieve precise investment, this paper designs the evaluation index system of power grid construction strategy from both technical and social aspects, and puts forward the evaluation model of power grid construction strategy based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Firstly, the evaluation index system is constructed. Then, the weights of indicators are determined using AHP. Finally, the TOPSIS evaluation method is used to estimate the power grid construction strategy. An example is given to verify the applicability of the model in the evaluation of power grid construction strategy.
