Abstract

The luminescence of Rb2ZnBr4Eu2+ is reported and discussed. Efficient energy transfer occurs between inequivalent Eu2+ ions (Rc {reversed tilde equals} 35 Å). This phenomenon is compared with similar situations in other host lattices. © 1986.
