Abstract

Inorganic phosphor powder electroluminescence is divided into AC powder EL (ACPEL) and DC powder EL (DCPEL) in terms of the form of the driving electric field. Since DCPEL is not an active field today, and no commercial devices are manufactured, only ACPEL is discussed in this chapter.
