Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a new management mechanism which aims to improve the relationship between enterprises and customers, improve customer loyalty and satisfaction. It is also a kind of management software and technology. Data mining technology can mine a large number of data and information, find potential high value relationships, and use patterns or knowledge to predict customer needs, help enterprises make decisions. Successful data mining is the key to the success of customer relationship management system.
