The 26-year-old female patient presented with a diffuse hair loss that developed during the last couple of years. Her medical history was remarkable for thyroid cancer eight years ago (papillary thyroid cancer T4N1M0) that was treated by thyroidectomy and subsequent radiotherapy. Thereafter, she developed hypothyreoidosis and hypoparathyroidism and was substituted with thyroxin.
