Abstract

Speaking today for the Environment, it is necessary to leave out the partial, fragmenting and (even if the intentions are good) misleading picturesque considerations, which omit, whether on purpose or not, the historical, social, economic, cultural, political and development circumstances through which and from which this is determined.
