Abstract

Various apps are available in the market that offers the necessary assistance required regarding health care to the people. Although many people use these apps, their willingness to stick to them and find them trustworthy has a pretty poor response. There is an explanation for such low engagement on these apps even if they are so useful. The user experience and the reliability of the app matter the most for any app to succeed in this world of technology. This research will focus on analyzing user reviews of the available apps on such help and mental health facilities, and it will uncover the strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement in the apps. The significance and the capabilities are being discussed as per the consumer reviews and comments that have helped improve the apps and bring new functionalities and features to the app.
