To open the gate of exchanges and cooperation between China and foreign countries, China began to gradually explore different forms of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. In the mid-1980s of the 20th century, the institutions of higher education, such as the People’s University of China and Fudan University, began to run China-America economics and law science training classes in succession. Then Tianjin Finance and Economics Institute began to hold MBA classes cooperatively with Oklahoma City University in USA, and Nanjing University founded the Cultural Research Center of China and the United States by cooperating with John Hopkins University.
