The instrumentation of scientific research is formulated through the application of methods such as theoretical grouping, classification, differentiated separation of tasks, description, isolation of essential characteristics, implication of important circumstances. The results of the study are determined on the basis of consideration of corporate resources in the context of differentiated groups, allocation of core and working capital in the system of corporate resources, determination of human capital in the system of corporate resources, influence of scientific and technological progress on corporate resources, formation of information and legal support of the process of corporate resources management. The allocation of fixed and working capital has led to the establishment of long-term and short-term activities aimed at improving the use of corporate resources. The role of human capital in the system of corporate resources is defined in the context of two factors. On the one hand, as the motivational nature of the strategic purpose and economic security of the enterprise. On the other hand, as a system for obtaining a certain result from the company's activities. As a recommendation, the importance of conducting a study of the role of corporate resources in comparison with the territorial tools that ensure the development of the object of management can be noted.
