Abstract

Acrylates, appear, to, be, more, toxic, than, methacrylates, which, are, narcotics, fitting, the, esters, regression: log molar LC50= -0.535*log Kow -2.75, n=25, r2=0.825. Acrylates Qsar: log molar LC50= -0.189*log Kow -4.46, n=8, r2=0.926. Acrylates appears to cause toxicity by a reactive mechanism. Lsm-Box 2
