Abstract

We have developed a 200-W 15-kHz MOPA system with a 30-ns pulse duration and a 5-M2 value based on rod-type Nd:YAG gain modules. Thermal lensing and thermal depolarization were carefully compensated by image relay. © 2008 Optical Society of America.
