Abstract

One of the characteristics of welded structures is that there is a large welding stress, which will affect the bearing capacity of the structure. The temperature measurement, tension and torsion experiments of Q235 welding specimens were carried out to collect data. Understanding the finite element analysis theory of welding process, summarizing the measuring method of welding residual stress, using ANSYS finite element analysis software to establish the calculation model, simulate the temperature field and stress field generated during welding process, calculate the welding of Q235 steel by finite element method, and compare the calculation results of temperature field and stress field.
