Abstract
Nearly one third of a person’s life is spent sleeping. The benefit of sleeping includes physical strength and energy recovery, immunity and memory enhancement, growth and development, and emotional stability. Therefore, adequate sleep plays an important role in the physiology of the human body. This section discusses the benefits of regular sleep on ovarian function and methods to improve sleep patterns.
