Abstract

The article discusses the questions of higher education digitalization technologies nowadays. The important definitions of this research like digitalization and digitalization in education are considered in the article. The main idea of the educational digital transformation is the movement towards the educational process personalization based on the digital technologies’ usage. The properties and the main elements of digitalization are given in the article. The modern E-technologies, online boards, multifunctional online generators, timeline in education, gamification, their pros and cons, and their possibilities for the transition to digital education are considered. Massive online education is developing at a rapid pace nowadays. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are online courses with free or partially free access that an unlimited number of people can watch. The advantages and disadvantages of MOOCs are given. A diagram of the various people groups’ attitude to the idea of obtaining online education, respondent attitude to the quality of MOOC, to the quality of the educational process in MOOC, to the variety of educational interaction forms in MOOC is presented in the article.
