Abstract

The digital economy provides new opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. One of the key components of this development is the use of remote investment transactions that allow small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to access financing without geographical restrictions and traditional banking procedures. The study considered the system of «smart contracts» based on the implementation and practical application of distributed registers and blockchain as one of the main tools for the implementation of remote investment transactions for SMEs. The author's vision of the concept of «digital space of contractual relations of economic entities» is formed, the stages of its formation are determined, each of which implies distinctive features of the execution of transactions in comparison with the traditional approach of fulfillment of contractual obligations by the parties. Based on the conducted analysis the principles of development of the system of electronic arbitration of remote investment transactions by SMEs are identified. The need for and the areas of application of remote investment transactions using the digital ruble in the dairy and food complex, where the need to increase the transparency of interaction between the participants of contractual relations and regulation of contractual relations between a significant number of counterparties is clearly manifested.
