Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test hypotheses. The study results showed that organizational structure characteristic has a positive impact on administrative communication efficiency. Based on the results of the study, the researchers recommend managers and decision makers to pay more attention to the dimensions related to the characteristics of the organizational structure (specialization and flexibility) that will affect the enhancement of the level of effectiveness of administrative communication.
