Abstract

In the article, the basics of design education were studied and actual essential features of design formation were revealed. Possibilities of educational influence of design education on students are considered. The aim of the research is to develop theoretical and program-methodical substantiation of students’ mastering the basics of design approach to subject-transformative activity and obtaining a scientific -reasonable idea of its effectiveness. Theoretical methods were used: theoretical and methodological analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, methodical literature, normative documents on the problem of research, modeling, systematization, generalization, comparison; empirical - observational, diagnostic, experimental. The results are the analysis of research, which confirms the formed system of continuous art education, giving certain aspects of design education, in particular, aesthetic foundations, and proves the established scientific school. Performed analysis allows to summarize: taking into account the preparation of the general education system, it is necessary to create conditions for additional education for a program that creates a certain mindset for teenagers, which is characterized by realization of design as a creative process aimed at the transformation of the environment, realization of the sense of style and aesthetic attitude to the subject-transformation work. The scientific novelty of the research contains a substantial characteristic, development of the theoretical basis and definition of a complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions of the design approach to subject-transformative activities.
